Your First Week

Make the most of your first week with Neurolog. This plan builds confidence without overload and sets you up for meaningful insights.

1
Day 1–2

Focus on basics

Start simple and consistent. Capture the core picture of your day.

Key tasks

Log 2–3 primary symptoms
Record severity (1–10)
Select your predominant emotion(s)
Add a short free-text note for anything notable (e.g., "long walk," "argument," "poor sleep")
If a flare occurs, log a flare episode
2
Day 3–4

Add context

Layer in the factors that commonly modulate symptoms.

Key tasks

Note potential triggers such as stress, heat, exertion, dehydration, or social load
Record sleep quality and general energy level
Use the notes field to capture any medication changes or significant events
Keep symptom logging brief but daily to maintain momentum
3
Day 5–7

Unlock insights

Sustain the cadence to activate deeper analytics and start using your data.

Key tasks

Keep logging to unlock the Adaptive Symptom Log after 7 days
Review Trends and the Flare Timeline to spot patterns
Generate your first clinical report (Word or PDF) to bring to an appointment
Write one takeaway in your notes: "What seems to help? What seems to amplify?"

Why this works

Short, consistent entries beat occasional long ones. Within a week you'll start seeing how emotions and triggers correlate with severity. That clarity underpins better self-management and more focused clinical conversations.
